Pushing boundaries, experimentation, exploration, imagination, inquiry and shifting of sensory perception are all central to Feng Chen’s artistic process and subsequently his work. Feng Chen Solo Show embodies all these themes through the media of paintings, sculpture, video and installation. The viewer is encouraged to suspend all pre-conceptions of “what is” and is invited to step into a world where photic, sonic, and kinetic signals alternate, flow, and intersect to reveal/offer alternate sensory dimensions.
