Xue Ying | To Ask by Touch @ aranya art center

Capsule is pleased to announce artist Xue Ying's participation in "To Ask by Touch" at aranya art center, Hebei, China. The exhibition opens on September 19, 2026, and will last until February  21, 2027.

Chinese artist Xue Ying, meanwhile, extracts everyday objects from their functional roles, allowing them to become vessels for bodily experience, familial relations, and emotional states. Through subtle disruptions of everyday order, she reorganizes the ways in which we relate to things and to one another, loosening the ethical structures that have come to seem habitual.
