"The moon, like the one we often see with our eyes or in photographs, is flat. But we know it is a sphere. However, no one has ever seen a three-dimensional moon as a globe. The three-dimensional appearance of the moon exists only in our understanding of it. This work focuses on the moon, giving us an illusion that the moon is actually three-dimensional as we conceptually understand it." -- Feng Chen
